AI Integration Services for Existing Software
AI integration services connect an AI model to the software your business already runs, so it does work inside your CRM, support desk or database. You don't need a new system for this. You need the model wired into the one you have.
Arc AI is two engineers based in Bulgaria, Bozhidar Ivanov and Ivaylo Valchev. We build these integrations and run them in production. If a plain rule or script would do the job for less, we tell you that.
Where AI integration pays off
- Customer support. A chat or voice agent checks who the customer is and looks up their account. It solves the request or hands it to a person with the details filled in. See our AI chatbot development services page.
- Documents and data entry. The model reads invoices, forms and emails. It puts the data into your system, so nobody retypes it.
- Decisions in a workflow. The model sorts, routes or flags records. For example, it sends a ticket to the team that owns it, or marks a payment for review.
- Content and internal tools. The model drafts from your own data. A person checks each draft before it goes out.
What we have built
- Support agents (chat and voice). Our chat agent handles about 6,000 conversations a month. Since July 2026, the same agent has also answered support calls by phone. It confirms who the customer is and answers what it can. When a person needs to act, it creates a task for the team with the details filled in. Our AI chatbot development page walks through one real conversation.
- Fraud detection for online gambling. Our risk-analysis platform checks recent activity while play goes on. It looks for unusual betting and for players who work together. In one week in October 2026, it handled more than 208,000 analysis requests, close to 30,000 a day.
- Content system. It writes an outline first, then the full article from that outline.
- Pricing platform. Machine learning sets prices, and OCR reads the documents.
These systems run inside our clients' companies, so we don't name the clients. We can walk you through the work on a call.
How we connect AI to your system
We connect through what your system already offers: its API, its database, webhooks, or an MCP server that gives the model a fixed set of actions. We pick the language and tools that fit your system. Ivaylo started exploring AI in 2012 and has worked in machine learning since 2018.
Not sure whether your system is ready? Start with an AI readiness assessment. If the system itself is too hard to change, start with legacy application modernization.
How the work runs
- Find the job. We start from the work your team does by hand and what it costs you. Sometimes the answer is that you don't need AI.
- Set the limits. We agree with you what the model may read and what it may change. Some actions always go to a person.
- Test on your data. We build a small version first. We measure how often it gets the answer right before customers see it.
- Control the cost. Model choice, caching and limits set your monthly bill. Same Cache Key, Zero Cached Tokens shows how one small detail can raise it.
- Run it. We add monitoring and logs. When the model is unsure, it hands the case to a person.
For many tasks, a model that returns a fixed decision works better than a chatbot. We explain why in JEV and Its Open-Source Alternatives.
Your data and your code
- You own all the code we write for you.
- We work under GDPR and sign a data processing agreement when you need one.
- We don't use your data to train AI models.
- When the data must not leave your servers, we can run the model on your own servers.
How a project starts
- A free first call. It takes about 30 minutes, by video or phone, in your working hours, in Europe or the US.
- A review. You give us read access to the code and servers. We sign an NDA if you want one.
- A written plan. It says what to automate, what to leave alone, the risks and the first steps. The review and plan are a small paid step, and we agree the cost before it starts.
- The build. We work in small, tested steps. After each step you get a short update and a working version.
After launch, we look after the system, or we hand it to your team with the documentation they need.
Questions people ask
What are AI integration services?
They connect an AI model to the software you already use. The model then reads your data and does work inside your systems, such as answering support requests or reading documents.
How much does AI integration cost?
There are two costs: building the integration and running it each month. The build cost depends on how many systems the model connects to and how much it must do on its own. Security and data rules also add work. The running cost depends on the model and on how many requests it handles. The paid review gives you both figures in the written plan, before any build work starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on the project. We build a small version first, so you see a working result early. The written plan gives the steps and the timeline for your system.
Do we need to rebuild our system to add AI?
Usually not. Most integrations connect through your system's database or API. If your system can't support it safely, the written plan says so.
Can you work with our developers?
Yes. We can build the integration, or guide your team while they build it.
What if AI isn't the answer?
Then we tell you. The review checks whether a smaller change would get you the same result.
If your team spends hours on work a model could do, tell us what that work is. You will hear from a person within one business day.
