This website presents our software engineering services, experience and articles. These terms concern use of the website; they do not replace a separately agreed proposal, statement of work or services contract.

Submitting a contact request does not place an order, create a paid engagement or guarantee that we will accept a project. Any scope, fees, delivery terms and project responsibilities must be agreed separately.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt availability or send spam, deceptive requests or unlawful material.

When contacting us, provide information you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, private access keys, payment details or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the public form.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, design, branding and other material belong to Arc AI or are used with permission. You may read and link to public pages and make uses permitted by law. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Any code or resource expressly released under a separate licence is governed by that licence.

Sending us a message does not transfer ownership of your material. It allows us to use the information to review your enquiry and communicate with you.

Our articles and examples provide general information. They are not a project-specific assessment or a promise that a particular approach will suit your system. Evaluate and test technical material before using it in a production environment.

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and the website may sometimes be unavailable. We may correct, update or remove material.
