Arc AI is a software company run by its two co-founders, Bozhidar Ivanov and Ivaylo Valchev. We take over software that has become hard to change, fix what isn’t working and build what comes next. We add AI only where it solves a real problem.

We built Polaris from the ground up as Arc AI. The others we built as independent engineers before Arc AI, and we still look after them. They are public, so you can open them yourself. Most of our other work runs inside our clients’ companies.

Step 1
About 30 minutes, by video or phone, in your working hours, in Europe or the US. You tell us what isn’t working, what you want to build or where you’re stuck. A person answers your message within one business day, usually sooner.
Step 2
You give us read access to the code and servers, under an NDA if you want one. If you are not sure where your code is, we start by finding out. We look at the code, the servers, the data and the people who use the system.
Step 3
Whether to save what you have, fix it or rebuild it, or sometimes something else entirely, with the scope, the risks and the first steps. The review and the plan are a small paid step; we agree the length and the cost before it starts. Build work starts only after that.
Step 4
After each step you get a short update and a working version.
After launch, you choose:

or we hand it over to your teamwith the documentation and walkthroughs they need to run and support it without us.
We had both spent years on systems people depend on every day, and kept meeting the same problem: software built before anyone asked what was actually needed. We started Arc AI to do that part first.
