AI Chatbot Development Services for Support Teams

Three customer messages become one team task after an AI support agent checks identity

AI chatbot development services build a chatbot for your business and connect it to the systems your team already uses. For customer support, that means it does more than answer. It checks who the customer is, looks up their account and sends a task to the right person. A chatbot that only repeats your help pages answers questions. A connected one solves them.

Arc AI is two engineers, Bozhidar Ivanov and Ivaylo Valchev. We build support chatbots and voice agents that work inside the systems your team already uses.

Built for you, or a ready-made tool

Ready-made chatbot tools work well when your help pages answer most questions. A chatbot built for you makes sense when it must:

  • check who the customer is before it shares anything,
  • change records in your own systems,
  • follow your rules for payments, refunds or bookings,
  • hand cases to your team the way your team works.

If a ready-made tool covers your case, we tell you that.

In production today

One support system we built handles about 6,000 chat conversations a month. Since July 2026, it has also answered support calls by phone, with more than 100 calls on busy days. The agents confirm who the customer is and answer what they can. When a person needs to act, they create a task for the team with the details filled in.

An example from a real conversation

A customer's regular payment failed, and they wrote in to sort it out. Here is what the chat agent did, with the customer's details removed:

  1. The customer asked to arrange the payment. The agent created a task for the support team and said a colleague would review it.
  2. The customer said they couldn't take calls. The agent added this to the same task and noted that text, WhatsApp or email works best.
  3. The customer then said they had added funds and the team could simply retry the payment. The agent added the retry request and noted that no contact was needed.

At the end, the agent told the customer plainly that it had not retried the payment itself. It didn't promise what it couldn't do. The team got one task with everything they needed, instead of three separate messages.

What a good support chatbot does

  • It knows its limits. It says what it did and what it didn't do. It never promises a refund it can't give.
  • It hands over with context. Your team gets the full request, so nobody asks the customer to repeat it.
  • It works by voice too. Phone calls follow the same rules as chat. AI Voice Agent Stops, Then Resumes the Old Answer shows one problem we fixed in voice.
  • Its cost stays predictable. The AI bill nobody budgeted for explains how we keep the monthly bill in check.

How we build it

  1. Read your real requests. We start from past chats, emails or call notes. They show which requests come up most.
  2. Set the limits. We agree with you what the chatbot may read and what it may change. Some actions always go to a person.
  3. Connect it. We link it to your CRM, support desk or database through what those systems already offer. Our AI integration services page explains how.
  4. Test on past conversations. We measure how often it gets the answer right before customers see it.
  5. Launch small. We start with a few request types. More follow once the results hold up.

Not sure you need a chatbot at all? Do you actually need an AI agent? gives four questions to ask first.

Your data and your code

  • You own all the code we write for you.
  • We work under GDPR and sign a data processing agreement when you need one.
  • We don't use your customers' data to train AI models.
  • When the data must not leave your servers, we can run the model on your own servers.

How a project starts

  1. A free first call. It takes about 30 minutes, by video or phone, in your working hours, in Europe or the US.
  2. A review. We look at your support requests and the systems the chatbot needs. We sign an NDA if you want one.
  3. A written plan. It says which requests to automate, which to leave to people, the risks and the first steps. The review and plan are a small paid step, and we agree the cost before it starts.
  4. The build. We work in small, tested steps. After each step you get a short update and a working version.

After launch, we look after the chatbot, or we hand it to your team with the documentation they need.

Questions people ask

What are AI chatbot development services?

They cover the design, the build and the running of a chatbot made for your business. The chatbot answers in plain language. Connected to your systems, it can also create tasks for your team.

How much does it cost?

There are two costs: building the chatbot and running it each month. The build cost depends on how many systems it connects to and how many request types it handles. The running cost depends on the model and on how many conversations it has. The paid review gives you both figures in the written plan, before any build work starts.

Will it replace our support team?

No. It takes the repeated requests and prepares the rest. Your team then spends its time on the cases that need a person.

Can it answer phone calls?

Yes. We build voice agents on the same rules and connections as the chat agent.

Should we use a ready-made tool instead?

Sometimes, yes. If your help pages answer most questions, a ready-made tool may be enough. The review tells you which one fits.

If your team answers the same requests every day, send us a few examples. You will hear from a person within one business day.
